A Call to Action
Have you filed a discrimination or retaliation complaint with the North Carolina Human Relations Commission (NCHRC) or the North Carolina Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division, and felt the process was mishandled?
- If you received a determination from the NCHRC within the last 20 years and believe they ignored evidence, missed deadlines, misapplied the law, or failed to address retaliation…
- If you filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection division and your complaint wasn’t properly investigated or were given improper reasoning in the findings…
I want to hear from you.
Please fill out form below and submit:
- A copy of your determination or dismissal letter (you may redact any personal or medical information)
- A brief summary of what you believe the NCHRC or Consumer Protection Division did wrong
- Any supporting documentation or timelines you feel are relevant
Names, addresses, or detailed identifying information will not be shared publicly or with other participants. The purpose of this project is solely to gather data showing systemic patterns of neglect and mishandling, which will be compiled and submitted to HUD or the General Assembly for further review.
My goal is to document agency performance, promote accountability, and advocate for those whose rights were ignored or minimized by the very systems meant to protect them. You can view my case below.
