I was notified that Ronya Bynum would be handling the case on September 27, 2024, right at the 30-day mark. I immediately emailed her with questions and updated my address, but after multiple follow-ups on October 1st, 7th, and 12th with no response, I grew frustrated and contacted the program manager. It wasn’t until October 28th that Ronya finally responded — and internal emails from my public records request showed she only reached out because her manager instructed her to.
